Our walk-in kiosk is at Southport Park Shopping Centre on Ferry Road, opposite Coles. If you grocery shop there, you walk past us. From most of Southport you can get there in under 10 minutes.

That matters because the precious-metals industry has a lot of operators who are PO boxes and websites with no physical presence. Being able to walk into a real, staffed shop with someone you can hold accountable is a meaningful difference.

The two-step Southport approach

A pattern we see often: locals will drop in for a first-pass valuation on a few items they're curious about (taking 10–20 minutes), then if the price feels fair, post in the rest of the family collection through the online Gold Kit.

Driver licence (Australian or international)
Australian passport
Foreign passport with current visa/entry stamp
Adult Proof of Age card

An expired licence won't work. If your only ID is expired, allow time to renew before visiting (or use the online kit, where you upload ID through our secure customer portal).

Parking, hours, and getting in

Southport Park Shopping Centre has free undercover parking on multiple levels. Our kiosk is in the main concourse, easy to find — Coles is your landmark.

The kiosk operates during shopping centre hours — typically 9am–6pm Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Saturday, and 10am–4pm Sunday. Phone 0488 842 430 before you head down if you want to confirm someone's there for a specific time.

For gold loans or larger transactions (above $5,000), we recommend booking an appointment at our Bundall head office — quieter, more private, and we can take longer over the discussion.

What if I'd rather not visit in person?

Completely fine. Locals in Southport, Labrador, Main Beach and the surrounding suburbs use our online Gold Kit just as much as the kiosk. The kit comes by Express Post, you drop it back at any Australia Post outlet (the Southport Australia Post on Nerang Street is a favourite), and we typically have your offer back within 48 hours of receipt.

A note on safety

It might sound obvious, but worth saying: don't walk around Southport with large quantities of gold visible. If you're bringing a substantial collection, put it in a non-descript bag, walk straight to the kiosk, and don't take detours.
