Where a diamond has genuine resale value, we make a separate offer on the stone; and if you'd rather keep a sentimental diamond, we can remove and return it and simply buy the metal. The choice is always yours, made before anything is finalised.

Most visits take 10–20 minutes from walk-in to payment. Your ring never leaves the counter until you've accepted the offer.
Bring your ring in
Walk into Southport Park, head to the EasyGold kiosk opposite Coles, and hand your ring over the counter with your photo ID. Bring any diamond certificate or old valuation if you have one. No appointment required during centre hours.
Weighed, tested & the stone assessed
We test the band for karat purity using XRF and acid testing, weigh it to 0.01 g on certified scales, and assess any diamond or gemstone. You see the live AUD market price we're working from and every number behind the offer.
Paid on the spot
Accept the offer and we pay by PayID or bank transfer right at the counter — funds usually land within minutes. Prefer to keep the diamond? We remove and return it first. You get a printed receipt for every item.
Discreet, no-pressure, no commission
Selling a ring can be personal — after a divorce, a loss, or simply a change of heart. Our Southport Park team doesn't work on sales commission, so there's no incentive to lowball you or rush you.
